Terms of Service

Job Search Hub is an AI-powered job-search workflow tool. By using it you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 16 years old.

Job Search Hub is not a recruiter, employer, staffing agency, career counselor, or provider of legal, immigration, or other professional advice. We do not participate in hiring decisions and make no representation about any employer's process. Employers are solely responsible for their own hiring processes, communications, and decisions.

AI-generated content may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every output before submitting it to an employer.

AI-generated scores, resumes, cover letters, summaries, interviewer and company research, and interview-preparation materials are provided for informational and drafting assistance only. Outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a specific employer, applicant-tracking system (ATS), or hiring process, and may include statements you must verify. Fit scores are estimates, not predictions, and ATS compatibility is not guaranteed.

Job Search Hub does not guarantee interviews, job offers, employer responses, ATS compatibility, ranking, or any employment outcome. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and deciding whether to use any output.

Don't use JSH to submit false information to employers, scrape or automate access to the service, resell access to others, or attempt to bypass plan limits or security controls.

You may not upload, input, or request processing of personal information about another person unless you have a lawful basis or legitimate reason to do so. You may not use the interviewer- or company-research features to harass, stalk, discriminate against, impersonate, unlawfully profile, or make unlawful decisions about any person.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@jobsearchhub.app if you believe your account has been compromised.

We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, nonpayment, suspected abuse, security or legal risk, or conduct that may harm Job Search Hub, its users, or third parties.

Billing & auto-renewal. Pro is billed in advance when you subscribe and renews automatically at the then-current price for the plan you chose — monthly or annually — until you cancel. By subscribing you authorize us and our payment processor (Stripe) to charge the applicable subscription fee and any taxes on a recurring basis until cancellation.

Cancellation. Cancel anytime from Settings. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period, and you won't be charged again. Deleting your account also cancels any active subscription.

Refunds. We offer refunds at our discretion for charges within the past 14 days if you haven't made substantial use of Pro features. “Substantial use” may include generating multiple AI outputs, using export features, or otherwise using Pro-only functionality after purchase. Email support@jobsearchhub.app.

Price changes. We'll notify you 30 days before changing the price of an active subscription.

You own your resume and any content you upload. You grant JSH a limited license to store and process it to provide the service. AI outputs generated on your behalf are yours to use, subject to the caveat above.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to upload, submit, and process the content you provide — including resumes, job descriptions, notes, and any third-party names or information.

Some features may be experimental or in beta and may be less reliable. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time — including AI features, integrations, plan limits, and exports. We are not liable for downtime or for data loss caused by third-party outages or integrations.

JSH is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability to you for any claim is capped at the greater of the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months or $50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, excluding its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
